With the help of our own laboratory, we can perform the following material tests:
- MFI (Melt Flow Index)to determine the flow properties of the material under defined conditions.
- DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)for analyzing thermal behavior, melting point, crystallinity, and glass transition temperature.
- spectrometer analysisFor precise identification of the material composition and to check for foreign substances or additives.
- Moisture AnalysisFor precise determination of the residual moisture content in granules or semi-finished products.
- Shore hardness test (A and D)to determine the elasticity or hardness of the material based on the Shore scale.
- Notched impact test (Charpy/Izod impact test)for determining the impact strength and fracture resistance of test specimens.
- MPA tensile test (tensile strength & elongation)for measuring mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, and modulus of elasticity.
